Bailey (or Bai pronounced like the body of water) is a Métis and settler woman with maternal roots in Lestock, Red River and Batoche as well as a smorgasbord of European countries on her father’s side. She graduated from MacEwan University in 2022 with a degree in journalism and has been working in the communications world since. Passionate about seeing Indigenous joy and success, a few of her favourite things include writing, music, movies, fonts and swimming. Her 2024 New Year Resolutions are to ride a horse and finish the first draft of her novel.
